3 WAYS WE'RE COMMITTED TO GUESTS WELL-BEING:

- Expertly trained Travel Director: they have been trained in enhanced hygiene and distancing standards. Supported by your Well-Being Director, they will monitor compliance and guest well-being.
- New: Well-being Directors: A dedicated Well-being Director, with the latest health authority and local government guidelines, will be available on all trips of more than 20 guests. They will ensure daily adherence to all well-being protocols and always be available to support guests.*
- Diligent Driver: Our drivers have been trained to ensure our transportation and luggage is hygienically managed. They’ll get guests from one destination to the next with ease and sanitise all coach surfaces throughout your trip.
- Global around-the-clock support team: In addition to your dedicated on the road team, our operations and guest support teams remain available behind the scenes, in contact and on call 24/7.
- Pre-trip health declaration: All team members and guests will complete a personal well-being declaration before joining their trip. If a guest has tested positive for COVID-19 (or is travelling with someone who has), they will not be able to join the trip until cleared as 'fit for travel' by a medical professional.
- Smaller group sizes: Trips will operate with a number of empty seats to allow for extra physical distancing.
- Air filters: Our coaches are equipped with air filters (to help purify the air), that are inspected and cleaned daily and replaced regularly.
- Quality assurance: Your Well-Being Director is responsible for the quality assurance of all hotels, restaurants and other venues you visit during each journey. Quality checks will ensure that all travel partners meet local regulations and the established TTC, WTTC and WHO well-being protocols.
- Hygiene equipment: Hand sanitiser is accessible and freely available. We ask guests to bring their own face mask and gloves, but in the case of emergency, we do carry supplies.
- Sanitised surfaces: All frequently touched surfaces inside your coach — including handrails, doors, tables, overhead lockers — plus your luggage handles, will be disinfected multiple times each day.

BOOK WITH CONFIDENCESecure your client's trip with just £100pp and if they need to cancel within 30 days of booking, guests will receive a full refund. Limited time only.* Should their plans change and you need to cancel the booking 60 days or more prior to travel, they'll receive a Future Travel credit for the value of your small deposit, valid for 5 years towards a future trip.

FLEXIBILITY TO MAKE CHANGESWe’re giving guests the flexibility to change their booking up to 30 days prior to the departure of their trip. If, for any reason, they change your mind about your trip, they can select different dates and/or a new destination without penalty on the land portion of your trip with us (airlines may impose different change policies and penalties).**
